We’re excited to announce that Atrium will be celebrating today’s International Women’s Day with a number of workshops and activities to ‘celebrate and educate’.

We will be celebrating some of Atrium’s market-leading initiatives that are helping us on our journey towards gender equality and have some fantastic guest speakers lined up who have already taken advantage of these benefits and are passionate in advocating why we need to do more to #breakthebias in our workplaces.

The order of the day includes:

• Introduction to International Women’s Day with James Lee (Agency Managing Director) and Chloe Walton ACMA, CPCC (Leadership Effectiveness Coach and Managing Director of Hello 2morrow)
• Workshop 1: Equal parental leave: the benefits and challenges, facilitated by Chloe Walton
• Workshop 2: Job Share: How Two Can Be Better Than One, facilitated by Chloe Walton
• Evening Activity: Walking Tour: Famous & Historical Women of London, facilitated by our very own Neil Riddington (Head of Claims)

We can’t wait to share with you our learnings and outcomes of the day including our pledges which we will commit to throughout the year that further gender equality.
