Clear Assured

We have partnered with Clear Assured, an external Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Standard designed to provide HR teams with strategic guidance, effective tools, and benchmarking capabilities.
Clear Assured identifies key focus areas to drive significant impact and ensure continuous improvement in DEI practices.
The accreditation journey consists of five stages, culminating in full Clear Assured accreditation. Our efforts began in 2019, resulting in the achievement of Bronze status in 2021, followed by Silver status in 2022. We remain committed to continuing our journey with Clear Assured and achieving Platinum status in the future.
