Overview

The Head of Internal Audit is responsible for leading the internal audit function, ensuring Atrium’s operations, governance, and risk management processes are effectively managed in line with Lloyd’s regulatory standards, UK insurance industry best practices, and international audit standards. The role holder will provide independent assurance to the Audit Committee and senior management on the adequacy and effectiveness of Atrium’s internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworks. The Head of Internal Audit will be an attendee at appropriate Executive Committee meetings in order to facilitate the embedding of the Three Lines model across the business.
