Overview
Proactively manage a variety of Operational initiatives in close liaison with the Agency Chief Operating Officer (COO) & Head of Operations. Deliver a wide scope of Operational Change, Projects and Target Operating Models (TOM) to help create cost-effective, scalable and efficient Operational Processes.
