IT Delivery Manager
Overview
The role is managing our AUGold platform, working with senior internal stakeholders on the underwriting, claims and technology side to deliver a stable platform and launch new products and features, and implement new technologies. We have a large, profitable set of products we need to support and monitor. AU Gold is an in-house configured (Duck Creek platform), online quote, bind, issue application with claims handling and payment for a variety of Lloyds’ products where a broker or coverholder is responsible for entering the data.
